Since 2004, Raymond Key Commercial Contracting, LLC, has been awarded projects in sizes over 80,000 square feet, with construction costs over $15 Million. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor serving the construction needs within the Greater Tidewater region, as well as the surrounding areas, including North Carolina. We are fully insured, bonded, and licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of North Carolina. Each project is built with the client's best interest in mind, and value is added through providing the highest quality of service, both on- and off-site. We are committed to producing quality work, while exceeding scheduling and budget expectations. We offer services in Pre-Construction, Design/Build, General Construction, and Green Building. Raymond Key Construction offers services in New Residential Construction, Custom Remodeling and Renovation, Millwork, Land Acquisition, and Land Development.

Our Qualifications

Raymond Key Commercial Contracting, LLC is proud of the qualifications we hold.  We are licensed Class A Contractors in both Virginia and North Carolina and a certified SWaM Vendor of the Commonwealth. We are also licensed for both Asbestos and Lead Abatement.

Our Project Management staff and their assistants are certified proficient with Primavera Scheduling Software (P6), and Timberline's Estimating, Accounting, and Project Management Software.

Our staff members, both in-house and on-site, are fully trained to administer CPR and first-aid and have completed education hours to be compliant with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
